Choose a plan (checkout)

Plans and checkout run in the web experience (landing Plans & pricing).

Steps

1. While signed in, open Plans & pricing (landing /#pricing, or Upgrade subscription / plans from the app user menu when available).
2. Choose the billing organization when asked — create a personal organization and/or a team organization as offered.
3. Select a plan and continue to checkout.
4. Complete payment in Stripe Checkout (for paid plans), or follow the free-plan path if offered.
5. Return to the product / onboarding screen when checkout finishes.

Paid checkout requires you to be signed in so the subscription binds to the correct account. Guest checkout is not the design-partner path.
