Email verification & login

Did not get a verification email​

  1. Check spam / promotions.
  2. Wait a few minutes and request resend if the UI offers it.
  3. Confirm you typed the email correctly, then contact support.

Cannot sign in​

  1. Use the same identity provider you used at signup (password vs Google/GitHub/etc.).
  2. Reset password if offered.
  3. Try a private browser window (clears stale session cookies).
  4. From desktop, open Navigate → Landing Page and sign in there before Workspace App.

Wrong Account after login​

Use the header Account switcher. Personal and organization accounts are separate.
